However, Stewie passed away in January 2013.
Arcturus Aldebaran Powers is the tallest house cat according to the Guinness World Records. Arcturus is owned by Will Power, the chairman of Ferndale Cat Shelter in Michigan, USA.
Arcturus' height was confirmed by the Guinness organization in the 2018 edition of the Guinness World Records. At the time, the cat's height was measured at 48.4cm, and weighed around 13.6kg.
