The man opened the airplane emergency exit door mid-flight in South Korea, 12 passengers were sent to the hospital

According to the New York Daily News, the incident took place on an Asiana Airlines flight. The incident took place at 12:45 pm local time as the plane was getting ready to land at Daegu airport

The Yonhap News Agency reported the Airbus A321 plane carried about 194 people on board, approximately 150 miles south of Seoul. 

While the plane was preparing to land, a man suddenly opened the emergency exit door, making many people aghast.

The incident caused serious consequences. According to The Korea Herald, 12 passengers were sent to the hospital due to breathing difficulties. Fortunately, the passenger was safe in this accident

After the video was shared, it revealed the incident of a man opening the emergency exit door, causing violent gusts of wind to rush in. The fierce winds made the passengers feel buffeted. It was a terrible experience.

A passenger who was present at the scene described the incident as terrible. This person suppose that the people closest to the door started to "faint one by one" while flight attendants urgently called for the assistance of any doctors on board.

Besides,  some young passengers were yelling and weeping while they faced terrible situations. 

It took 10 minutes for the plane to land safely amidst this chaos
