Singer Jennifer Lopez and her husband, Ben Affleck, are selling their $60 million home in Beverly Hills, California, amid rumors of an impending divorce.
According to TMZ, the artist couple is working with real estate broker Santiago Arana from The Agency to sell the home they bought together last May.
Sources indicate that Arana has been marketing the house for about two weeks, but there have been no interested buyers yet.
The source also mentioned that J.Lo and Ben are asking for around $65 million for the mansion.
At this price, the stars will incur a loss of millions due to broker commissions, a new tax on ultra-expensive properties, and interior design costs.
Representatives for the two stars have not commented on the home sale. Earlier this week, some images of the house were uploaded to the real estate website Zillow.
The rumors of selling their home emerged after Jennifer and Ben Affleck were seen sharing a public kiss.
The couple was seen sharing a cheek kiss while watching Ben's son play basketball, amidst efforts to repair their marriage.
Media reports indicate Jennifer Lopez was seen giving her husband a light kiss on the cheek.
The couple chatted animatedly as they left. Both were still wearing their wedding rings. Ben Affleck had previously removed his wedding ring for a few days before putting it back on.
This is considered the first time the couple has been seen showing affection in public.
The tour company stated that Jennifer Lopez wanted to spend time with her family, children, and close friends.
After canceling the tour, Jennifer Lopez was seen spending more time with Ben. When attending Ben's son's basketball game, Jennifer Lopez also reunited with her mother-in-law, Chris Boldt.
Jennifer and Ben Affleck have been rumored to have marital issues, with the 'Batman' actor reportedly renting a separate house.
Additionally, the couple is said to have been attending events separately.
Previously, Jennifer Lopez was spotted attending the Met Gala red carpet alone in May, while Affleck used the excuse of being busy filming to avoid accompanying his wife, even though he attended a colleague's event the day before.
Jennifer Lopez married Ben Affleck in July 2022 after a year of rekindling their romance.
They had previously dated in the early 2000s, got engaged, and planned a wedding, but broke up in early 2004.
After both going through failed marriages and numerous life challenges, they reconnected in 2021 and continued their unfinished love story.
