In the TikTok platform, a KFC worker reveals how to make KFC's beloved gravy.

In the footage, A UK-based TikTok user, who goes by @cheddar4.7, shared a detailed video showing how KFC prepares its famous gravy.

In the footage, a KFC worker gains attention by starting the process with a large pot filled with 'crackling,' which is described as the 'chicken bits that come off while in the fryer.' This mixture is stored in the fridge until needed.

The KFC worker then adds water to the crackling, followed by a sachet of gravy spices.

The mixture of crackling and spices is whisked together by the KFC worker and placed in the oven for nine minutes. After it is taken out, it is mixed and returned to the oven for another nine minutes

Once thickened, the gravy is poured through a sieve to remove any remaining bits.

The employee decants the thickened gravy into KFC's signature red-topped pots. The labeled pots are placed in a hot cabinet, where they can be stored for up to six hours.
