During a very cold winter, a mama wolf, exhausted and in search of food, approached the cabin of a forester without hesitation.
At first, Styopa, the forester, was afraid, but when he saw the wolf's hunger, he gave her some meat to eat.
He understood the challenges of finding food in the forest during the winter, and the wolf returned a few more times after that initial feeding.
Although some locals were concerned, Styopa explained that feeding the wolf was less dangerous than leaving her hungry.
Sadly, their bond had to come to an end as the weather grew warmer.
However, the wolf returned in April with her cubs, ate some meat, and took some to feed her offspring, leaving a heartwarming impression on Styopa.
