If you were a lemonade enthusiast, I'm sure that you would think again when a Chick-fil-A worker shares the restaurant’s lemonade recipe in a viral video on social media.
In a video going viral on TikTok, a content creator who claimed to be Chick-fil-An revealed how to make lemonade fries in the famous restaurant
Instead of letting lemonade enthusiasts enjoy the famous fruit, they became completely divided after they realized there was no lemon to be made, and the internet was disgusted.
The video was shared by @bigniyyyyy and sparked debate on social media.
The footage showed the employee pouring a yellow liquid from a plastic bag into a bin, followed by the addition of a white substance, likely sugar, to the liquid.
The video continued to showcase the worker adding tap water to the bin, and all the ingredients were mixed with a whisk.
The Chick-fil-A worker didn't seem to be satisfied with lemonade. She wrote the caption, “Y’all love Chick-fil-A lemonade”
The seemingly straightforward recipe, however, garnered thunderous comments. The video quickly went viral on social media. Numerous people felt disgusted, while some others vowed they would never order lemonade from the restaurant again.
One person said: I’m so disappointed! This is what good lemonade is made from.
A second wrote: Damn! at the CFA I worked at, we juiced hundreds and hundreds of lemons a day! I came home every day super sticky from lemon juice & pulp everywhere!
While a third commented: Dang, that's sad. When I worked there in 2013, I made the lemonade. It was always from scratch, super fresh.
Someone else said: CFA lemonade is a good cleanse. I said what I said.
