A second wrote: We print laminated business cards with the Weingarten rights on them and hand them out to every member.

While a third commented, This is exactly why I always ask for my union rep to be present for any conversation with a supervisor or, especially, management.

Someone else said: When I was in the union, I kept the Weingarten script in my wallet. They were passed out by our reps when they visited.
