In a recent appearance on the "Call Her Daddy" podcast, Fox declined to elaborate on the specifics but confirmed the end of their engagement. She described MGK as her "twin soul" and acknowledged a lasting connection, but offered no further details.
After being asked to describe her relationship with MGK, Megan Fox said: "Beyond that, I'm not willing to explain. But all those things you said were accurate things that have occurred and I can see them being confusing or interesting to people and them being like, 'What's up?'"
Fox is known for her openness about relationships. She has previously spoken about past "abusive relationships" in her poetry.
Despite her own relationship experiences, Fox offered practical advice for single women during an interview at the Revolve Festival. She encouraged them to invest in themselves and their passions, stating, "Don't waste your energy on boys."
She suggested: "I don't know if I'm the best person to give advice, because my advice is like just learn a skill or develop a hobby, and do not waste your energy on boys."
Fox added: "All they're going to do is drain you. Just move on. Invest in yourself."
On Twitter, MGK revealed that he was banned from Coachella in 2012.
He wrote on X: "Never been to a Coachella, they banned me in 2012 for whatever reason, i was looking forward to finally going this year but my daughter's volleyball tournament ended up on the same days so yall will have to lmk how it is, she comes first."
In the post, he explained that his daughter Casie's volleyball tournament coincided with the festival dates. However, he prioritized spending time with his daughter.
