According to New York Post report, a video posted in 2009 showed that demonstrates the potential dangers of a depressurized diving suit.

The video has gained significant attention and has racked up more than three-quarters of a million views after the tragic incident involving a submersible that imploded while exploring the wreckage of the Titanic.

The science experiment on the show involved creating a human-like mannequin using various pig parts such as bones, muscle, fat, skin, and guts.

The mannequin,  then sunk was submerged approximately 300 feet underwater, where the pressure is about nine times higher than at sea level. The diving suit of the mannequin was depressurized.

In about a terrifying 30 seconds, the rapid change in air pressure forced the fake diver's fleshy object against the helmet, and the wetsuit collapsed on its own.

However, the reenactment depicted in the show has little in common with the last moment of the ill-fated Titan submersible passengers. According to authorities, five victims were confirmed instantaneously killed at much greater depths and under immense pressure.

OceanGate's Titan submersible is carrying five passengers to explore the wreck of the legendary Titanic, which is confirmed to have exploded. The 'catastrophic explosion' occurred near the ocean floor at a depth of 12,500 feet.

According to the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, pressure levels at that depth will be 400 times higher than normal. Authorities confirmed that five men were killed in an instant.

Among them, including Stockton Rush, British billionaire Hamish Harding, French navy veteran PH Nargeolet, Pakistani businessman Shahzada Daoud and 19-year-old son Suleiman.
