Answer: A burnt barrel fuse from switch, from your electrical utility.

They are both heavy and the one clearly contains two different types of material considering the difference in rust and oxidation. Farm equipment? War relics? The piece on the left is not much larger than a door handle. Any clues?

Answer: It's a clip for flat tweezers; I think they are called Bills Tweezers or something. Gimme a sec and I'll try to find a picture. (pointy bit goes through the rectangular-ish hole, other part goes on your keyring.

12. What is this green plastic tube about 4 inches long with a removable sleeve? 

The post has the caption: It came from a craft closet in a plastic bag containing some skeins of yarn and some more of these that were green and orange.

Answer: Chunky chalk holder so kids can handle them without breaking.

13. ’’What’s this steel wire frame with two glass marbles? It was found in an old garage among various stuff. The marbles can turn inside the frame.’’
