Last May, Domino's Pizza posted an ad seeking a professional hand model, offering $100 (equivalent to $66 US) per hour.
After reviewing many applicants, the company selected Matt Strain, a high school teacher from Queensland, Australia, to fill this role.
In an interview with 9News Queensland, Matt Strain happily shared that his hands "aren't affected by hard work." He also joked that "being a hand model isn't difficult, it's just standing here."
The winner of this selection process will not only be paid $100 (66 USD) per hour, but will also get to tour Domino's global headquarters in Brisbane, Australia, and have professional "Say Cheese" studio photos taken.
Additionally, they will be treated to a free pizza meal.
Domino's ANZ, the company's business partner, said they received a lot of creative applications, including some people who even included their feet in the photos.
However, the winner had to commit by signing a non-disclosure agreement, pledging not to reveal any Domino's trade secrets.
In this role, Matt Strain will appear in Domino's new advertising campaigns when they introduce new products.
This will certainly be a great opportunity for him to gain recognition and become a star in the fast-food industry.
Participants can earn huge profits, up to $45,000 per year. This comes from the growth of the foot fetish community.
Experts say that different foot shapes can command different prices.
People with square-shaped feet can potentially earn $45,000, while those with "Greek" feet (where the second toe is longer than the others) can make around $43,000. The "Roman" foot shape, with three toes of equal length, is also in demand and can bring significant income.
Creativity, such as using accessories, taking multiple shots, photo editing, and practicing poses, can enhance the selling potential.
Producing high-quality, unique content and showcasing one's personality are also important. Red nail polish is a popular choice among foot fetishists.
However, not all foot types are equally valued. Those with the sought-after "Egyptian" feet, characterized by a prominent big toe, may earn around 50% less than other foot shapes.
Additionally, hairy feet are generally not preferred, as 96% of FunWithFeet users have rejected such feet.
