This isn't the first time this fitness-conscious cat has been spotted at the gym. The cat tries to build muscle by watching people come to the gym and then imitate.
The cat's owner discovered it did 11 sit-ups, rolled on the mat, and began a second set of 8 sit-ups. It trains the abs by changing its sitting position on the desk.
