The release of the Cybertruck sparked discussions not only about its high price but also about its unique design. However, many cannot deny that the Tesla Cybertruck is attractive, and many people wish to own one.
Despite this, the Tesla Cybertruck has received negative reactions regarding its high price, safety, battery life, and other issues.
From its chaotic prototype unveiling to concerns about build quality, the Cybertruck has kept enthusiasts and critics alike on their toes. However, one feature that has left people scratching their heads is the brake lights. Let's dive into the details.
In a viral video shared on Twitter, A Teslar owner, who goes by @omg_tesla, left viewers baffled the Cybertruck's brake lights, which are inexplicably the same color as its indicators.
The video has the caption: "Interesting that they don’t put another 3rd brake light on top of the rear glass like they did with the Baja light bar in front. Imagine if the tailgate was down, you’ll only see the two side, honestly don’t know if that’s enough light especially if it’s a foggy night "
The vehicle has an LED bar across the back as its taillight. However, when the car brakes, this bar largely disappears, revealing a much shorter LED light in the center—this is the brake light. Adding to the confusion, the indicators are located at each side of the LED bar in the exact same color as both the taillight and the brake light.
In the comments section, many users find the continuous illumination of the 'brake light area' during braking unusual, while others remain uncertain. Some suggested that the brake light design of the Tesla causes safety concerns for drivers.
One person said: what! are turn signals red in the states?everywhere I've been turn signals are amber/yellow. There is no confusion between turn and brake then
A student wrote: They are off when they are on and on when they are off crazy
While a third commented: I don't feel safe following this tank without a higher brake light.
Someone else said: I dont know what the big deal is. There are several models on the streets that have a full rear body length light at the back. The only difference is that on Tesla it changes into the short stripe while the others have separate breaking lights.
Another added: Just learn to drive, your not suppose to be looking to see if someones tail lights light up, you go by your vision and the speed of the vehicle, the lights just help if that makes any sense...
While its unique design and futuristic features attract many enthusiasts, the ongoing concerns about its safety features, especially the brake lights, leave Tesla owners concerned
Previously, Tesla owner faced to serious problem with the accelerator pedal.
In a viral video on TikTok, a Tesla owner left viewers shocked after revealing how the cover could slip and jam the pedal in a fully depressed position.
In the footage, Tesla owner Realizing that fully pressing the brake would override the pedal, he found that whenever he released the brake, the car would accelerate again.
He shared, :" So I stopped the car, put it in the park, and got out. At first, I thought the pedal was broken, but nope. I realized that this was wedged down here.'
Though the owner remained composed and promptly stopped the car, he warned, "For someone prone to panic, this situation could be extremely perilous.
