A rescue organization in the United Kingdom recently received an unexpected surprise when they were called to assist a senior stray dog found wandering in an English village.

The team set a trap by enticing the dog with a delicious dinner of warm roast chicken on December 9. The dog was then taken to their kennels. The dog was initially shocked and scared but eventually had the safety and warmth.
Although, the neighbor's disbelief in finding a microchip on the stray dog, the rescue team revealed that it was a 12-year-old Patterdale Terrier named Rose.
Remarkably, Rose had gone missing a mere 24 hours after being adopted, almost seven years ago, from a location just six miles away in Ashurst Wood.
The rescue team contacts Rose's previous adoptive family, but they can no longer raise Rose again.
After determining the senior stray dog was Rose, the rescue organization contacted Rose's original adoptive family, who expressed their happiness that Rose was still alive.
However, Rose's family had changed over the past seven years. Now, And now, they are extremely sad to announce that they can no longer raise Rose again.
Currently, Rose is under the care of Last Chance Animal Rescue in Edenbridge, where dedicated staff members are ensuring her well-being.
They are still making efforts to find a forever home for Rose and hoping that she can find a happy new house to live in.
