Your intimate areas are composed of delicate tissue, akin to your lips. Synthetic underwear and pantyhose can irritate, damage, and infect your bikini area. Opting to go without underwear and wearing only loose-fitting clothing can minimize some of these issues, eliminating the chance of irritation altogether.

2. Wearing looser clothing, such as avoiding tight underwear, can help reduce prone of acid reflux.

Tight garments can exert pressure on your stomach, potentially leading to acid reflux and subsequent heartburn. This health issue is frequently encountered among individuals aged 20 to 30, but opting for less constricting clothing, and getting rid of your underwear can lower the chance of acid reflux.

3. Reduced sperm quality in men

Similar to men, limiting underwear can also reduce the risk of irritation, injury, and itching. In addition, it helps protect the health of the reproductive system.

Candida is a bacteria that is common in 20% of women. While some people may never experience any symptoms, if complications do develop, they can lead to a vaginal yeast infection.

5. Enhance comfort and reduce Odor

Most of us have experienced the experience of bikini sweat. Underwear can trap moisture and contribute to odor. Therefore, choosing not to wear underwear can help sweat evaporate and reduce odor.
