According to the report, the Dali ship was seen billowing quickly before colliding with the Baltimore Bridge. At 1:23 am, the Dali ship crashed into the Baltimore Bridge, causing it to collapse immediately.
In the footage, the ship loses power once again. Just as the lights return, the vessel slams into the bridge, causing the entire structure to crumble.
The consequences of the incident left at least a dozen cars and 20 construction workers on the bridge when it collapsed.
According to the report, The U.S. Coast Guard has concluded its active search and rescue mission for the six construction workers missing after the Francis Scott Key Bridge collapse.
Accroding to CNN, Rear Admiral Shannon Gilreath stated, "based on the extended period of time since the bridge collapsed and the freezing water temperatures, 'we do not believe that we are going to find any of these individuals still alive.'
As a report,, two construction workers were rescued from the Patapsco River. One person was rushed to a local trauma center in serious condition, while the other individual sustained no injuries.
Baltimore City Council Member Phylicia Porter said on CNN: 'We are hearing one body was found.'

John, a local resident who lives near the bridge, described the event to WJZ, stating, "It felt like an earthquake. It sounded like a big bash of thunder... the whole house was vibrating, like my house was falling down."
He continued, expressing disbelief at the destruction, "I heard a lot of fire equipment, a lot of police, seen a lot of police boats going out... it's just unbelievable. I've been in this neighborhood 57 years, I remembered when they built this bridge. Can't believe it's gone."
The initial reports suggest that roughly 20 construction workers and as many as a dozen vehicles were on the bridge at the time of the collapse.
Another resident expressed his shock to WJZ, stating, "I was there yesterday. To see the bridge gone knowing I was on that bridge not even 10 hours ago - it's devastating."
The video capturing the incident was shared on social media, leaving viewers concerned and praying for everyone's well-being.
The video footage has emerged, capturing the ship seemingly losing power twice and emitting black smoke before its apparent inability to steer away from the bridge pillar, ultimately causing the collision.
One person said: imagining the people who were on the bridge and their last moments is so terrible. My heart goes out to them and their families and friends.
A second wrote: I'll tell ya... for that ship to lose power at the worst possible time and direction just absolutely blows me away. That ship travels, imagine the miles on it. And just at the perfect time something fails.
While a third commented: I am so afraid of bridges. This is my worst nightmare. My heart goes out to the family of those who lost their lives in this tragedy.
Someone else said: I’ve been over the bridge many times. The key to the city has fallen down, fallen down.
