In a viral video, she advised her followers about 'how to kill any interview ever.' According to Jennifer, every time she's used this question during her interviews, she has successfully landed the job.
She said in her video: 'Every job I've ever interviewed for, where I've said this, I've gotten the job.
She continued: "Do your interview and be normal - whatever. Before you're done, the last question you're going to ask them is something along the lines of 'are there any concerns you have about me that we can address before we end?'" '
According to Reardon, incorporating this question in your interview is one last opportunity to clear up any doubts or uncertainties the potential about your potential employer may have about hiring you.
'They will have concerns and that's your time to address them,' she said. 'And then once you're done addressing them, they'll have no concerns and you will literally get the [call] saying you got the job.'
