An Iranian man, who was dubbed the "dirtiest man in the world" for not washing with water or soap for 60 years,. However, only for fed-up locals to make him finally scrub up months before he passed away at the age of 94, according to the state media report.
Amou Haji is a charming alias for elderly people; it is not his real name.
Haji, known as the world's dirtiest man, hasn't washed for 60 years. He saw the grime-covered skin. His body is covered in soot and dirt. His hair is black and dirty and accumulates over time. However, he gets rid of washing at all costs.
He chose to live without washing because he believed that it would bring him bad luck and illness.
In the past, the Iranian said that he was affected by 'emotional setbacks in his youth,' which led him to embrace this unconventional way of life.
According to a local resident, he lived alone in a hole in the ground. Subsequently, the villager constructed an open brick hut for him, where he spent most of his life before passing away.
According to the Iranian state media, "for the first time a few months ago, villagers had taken him to a bathroom to wash'.
After being taken to the bathroom, he fell asleep not long after, and finally, he passed away.
Mr. Haji not only hates washing with water or soap but also has an aversion to fresh food and drink. So, rather than opting for fresh food and drink, he likes to eat rotten porcupines and drinks five liters of water daily, sourced from a rusty oil can. He often collects it from nearby puddles.
The horror of his life showed he chose to smoke animal feces out of an old pipe rather than tobacco. He is famous for his image of smoking multiple cigarettes at once.
Additionally, he reported difficulty establishing connections and finding friends due to the fact that he hadn't lived through 60 years.
